Agenda topics include food vendor licensing, biosecurity, avian influenza, animal ID requirements, and best practices for reducing the risk of disease spread when the public interacts with livestock and poultry. There is time built in for attendees to \u201cask an expert\u201d from each of the three agencies in addition to attendees reviewing their fair layouts and receiving personalized advice on their set-up and flow of people and animals.
