Topics includes best practices for public animal contact and food licensing and handling requirements. Workshops are co-hosted by the Minnesota Department of Health Zoonotic Diseases Unit and Environmental Health Division, and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. Agenda topics include food vendor licensing, preparing food safely, and best practices for reducing the risk of disease spread when the public interacts with livestock and poultry. There is time built in for attendees to \u201cask an expert\u201d after each topic area is covered.
